All of our rooms are homey, clean, and comfortable; each of them have fun names and fun stories behind them and are worth every penny you’ll spend to stay. We are always very happy when guests are able to stay for breakfast but we understand that sometimes you may just need a simple stay in which case we have something for you. Our simple stay is everything that you would get on a normal visit minus the breakfast. Read more.
The Breakfast
Wake up to a hearty Southern breakfast of farm fresh eggs, homemade fruit preserves, Goose Hill Downs' signature cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, sausage and other traditional offerings. We take pride in serving farm-to-table fresh fruits and vegetables on a menu that changes daily.

Being bikers ourselves we are very knowledgeable about local scenic routes for you to ride.

We are within 15 mins of the KAT(Kentucky Adventure Trail). A place to stay and then go hit the KAT!
Agriculture Tours & Farm Life
Our little farm is a beauty: throughout the day, you may find yourself walking the grounds bursting with exquisite flora - including daylilies, ornamental grass, rose gardens, phlox and Jane magnolias. Hand feed our resident animals - sheep, horses, cows, and chickens among them - or do some exploring around the wood area and pond.
Between high tunnels full of tomato and pepper plants and our sweet animals we offer a great full fledged farm experience. Farming is an integral part of our lives and we love to share it with all who are interested. Ask us about scheduling an agriculture tour during your visit.

A point of interest for history buffs is a cemetery dating back to the early 1800s that is located on the property. Just a short hike away we would gladly give you a guided tour or point you in the right direction.
